Tutorial #1: Adding items to the Gallery into existing albums.

Tutorial #2: Creating New Albums
If you have images that are brand new, you need to create an album first to eventually put the pics in. After you create the album, follow the steps outlined above to upload images. It is important to know some basics about albums & sub-albums before going forward. Main page of the the Gallery - the thumbnails are 147x147 pixels and it is 4 columns by 3 rows. Every sub-album of the main page of the gallery (example) - thumbnails are 115x115 pixels and it is 5 columns by 6 rows. Every photo thumbnail inside of a sub-album (example) is 85x85 and it is 6 columns by 8 rows.
Ok Gerry was in Florida for New Year's Eve - so I have to create a new album for the pics to be put into. This will go in "Parties, Events, Misc." Go to "Parties, Events, Misc." and scroll down to the bottom and click "Sidebar". Scroll back to the top of the page and click "Add Album" in the white bar on the left hand side of the screen.
Ok, we've now created the Album, made the thumbnails 85x85 and made the colums and rows 8x6. Yay! We have to do one more thing before adding photos to the album. When an album is created, it is listed at the very end of it's parent album. The majority of the albums are listed chronologically (or alphabetically). So for this new album "Miami - 12/31/07" we need to move it to the very beginning. Go back to the "Parties, Events, Misc" main page. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Sidebar". Click "Rearrange Items"
Ok, i know this Gallery is a little intimidating b/c it's more involved than our old gallery. So take your time with this. I've only given you a tutorial on the very basics of it. If you want to know more, or have questions, don't hesitate to ask me. Anything you do (unless you delete something - don't delete anything LOL) can be edited or moved or fixed - so don't think you'll mess up anything. I'll still be playing with the gallery so i'll be in there a lot to keep an eye on things. This is another reason I want to keep the access to the gallery to a minimum - only 3 of us - so things don't get crazy in there :) Thank you so much for being willing to help me!
